Alexion`s Bar & Grill in Carnegie

We had a great time. They have very good beers on tap, and the food was really great. The staff was very accommodating as well. As first-time visitors, we were impressed.

Nice clean pub. Food good and fair prices ($8-$12 per person). Good selection of regional and national beers.

The food was mediocre. The bread tasted good but the sandwich did not have enough to go with the bread. The salad came with fries in it. That mist be a local thing because we found it a rather gross concept. My sandwich had about 10 chips with it probably because the bread was huge. The bathroom was one tiney room. It felt very uncomfortable in the bar as an out of towner.

My wife Susan and i arrived at the bar at 5pm on 2-6-2020. Had beers and wings. We got the ch e ck. We got charged full price for 4 beers we had after 5pm. We took it out of the barmaids tip. I guess she thought we didnt know when happy hour started . 5pm!! We took it out of her tip!. The inmates run this bar!! Where is the owner?.

Here for a hockey tournament, staying up the road and needed a bite to eat after a game. Food was delicious, service was great, wonderful drinks. If I lived here I'd come all the time. Definitely recommend this place!

If you're looking for a cosy place to sink a few beers and have a bite to eat, then Alexions is a great place to go. The on tap beers had a good variety and there wasn't a bad one amongst them. If I had more time in Pittsburgh I'd definitely go back here.

It was fantastic ar server was great.the own was great if u get a chance stop by say hi to beck tell her Tanis said hi the price of ar meal was reasonably it was hard to fine if you don't knw place worth the trip.we need to help ar small business i will go back often

Great service, bomb wings, and you must try the pizza rolls!!! Omfg 🤤 they are amazing! This is my new go to place!

Their sandwiches are huge and flavorful. It's more like two sandwiches. I had a Reuben. I wish I had taken pictures with a banana for scale. It was nuts!

They typically have good craft beer. Service is always fast and friendly. Enclosed patio seating.

Terrific pub/bar! Cozy w wood booths, plenty of bar seating, outside seating, and family/low tables. Pub been around since 1950s... Our server KC was friendly and helpful in showing us what the pub specials are. We got wings and an Italian wedge: basically an Italian sub but on pizza crust and folded in half. The food was perfect, wings crispy/hot.Beer on tap was icy cold, a beer lovers dream.Definitely coming back to this small pub next time in Pittsburgh

Excellent service and terrific wings tonight. Got a Reuben and a spinach calzones Thursday evening 5 14 2020 and they were excellent.... can't wait to go back soon

Great restaurant in the area that deserves to be supported. Health and safety important right now and this place does good job with covid safetly thats important right now. food and service great too. Got dinner here and sandwiches are huge

Went there the first time for lunch and had the chicken Parmesan sandwich. It was an amazing sandwich, the bread was thick. The restaurant itself is nice and the staff is pretty fun!

I tried this spot once with a friend and I am addicted since then. I liked the fantastic ambience and tasty food and beverages. Kudos.

The hot off the grill sandwiches are fantastic, and the hand cut fries are the best.Had a whole sandwich and won't have to eat for 3 days.Just fantastic!!!!!!

Great place with friendly staff, great atmosphere & management. Tim was attentive and caring. Val (bartender) was a great bartender, who took care of us with great beer & food. Food....please...delicious and fresh. Beer selection was great, cold and up to date. Come and try it....you won't be disappointed.

Amazing little bar and grill. Big enough to go and have fun with friends, yet small enough for it to feel like Cheers. Food was great too
